This morning for breakfast I had three fried egg whites cooked in coconut oil, 4 slices of nitrate free deli ham and smoothie of frozen mixed berries, nonfat Greek yogurt and chocolate whey. Consciously trying to start the day off by eating enough and of the right things : )
In other news; the Magic Bullet may be my new favorite kitchen gadget!!
But damn it's hard... I feel like that was a ton of food but when I tracked it it's less than 350 calories 😒 Erg! I am determined to get the hang of this!
