Soooo I got the opportunity to participate in a women's WOD hosted by AMRAP.... The call it 'women's power hour' and they host it at a different box every month. I have done a couple times in the past and always love it.
It. Was. Awesome! The workout was great but the company was even better. It clicked! With the ownership change of my original box I lost my CF family. Cheesy but true. I got to work out with 4 of my favorite women today and it reminded me of what a huge part community plays in crossfit. I'm still going to make the move to be with the coaches and programming I prefer. I'm super excited and glad to have had the chance to be active in the 'replacement box' while my coaches got the new facility. They really are great and making new connections and meeting new people within the larger CF community is a wonderful thing.

I was a little embarrassed when I first saw that no one else was hanging on the bars for the photo but decided to change my opinion. I'm a goofball and a bit of a monkey and have some strengths that I'm proud of. I'm just going to keep doing me and laugh off all the rest.
